First party: Robert, son of Richard de Haltun [Halton].
Second party: Nicholas Bech.
Place or subject: The whole of the land which Robert had in Hundelby [Hundleby] with all appurtenances within the vill and outside. For his homage and service in fee and inheritance. To hold of Robert and his heirs freely, quietly and honourably by one pound of pepper payable at the feast of St Botolph to Robert yearly for all service and custom and all exaction, saving foreign service.
