First party: Alan, son of Hugh de Welleburn [Welbourn].
Second party: Ranulf, earl of Chester and Lincoln.
Place or subject: All of Alan's right and claim in seven bovates of land in Kirkeby [East Kirkby] and Mithingby [Miningsby] with all appurtenances within the vills and outside, namely those which were of Ivo, grandfather of Alan de Hareby, and Colswan, Ivo's brother. For this quitclaim the earl gave Alan 100s.
