Description

Folios: 244v-245. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter A. Grant.

First party: Edmund Talebot [Talbot].

Second party: Henry de Lascy [Lacy], earl of Lincoln.

Place or subject: Whereas the king by his charter granted to Edmund free warren in all his demesne lands in Risshton [Reston], Edmund grants for himself and his heirs that Henry and his heirs can hunt in all his lands and take all manner of beasts from the warren at their will without disturbance or opposition.

County: [Lincolnshire].

Additional people: Witnesses: Ralph fitz William; Miles de Stapelton; Henry le Scrope; Robert de Shireland; and Adam de Hudeleston.
