Folio: 244v. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter A. Grant.
First party: Henry North of Bulingbrok [Bolingbroke].
Second party: Henry de Lascy [Lacy].
Place or subject: 3s of annual rent, namely the 3s which Simon Douneur was accustomed to pay to Henry North for one bovate of land in Stikeford [Stickford], with all appurtenances and things which could in any way or at any time fall to him, to be received yearly, 12d at Easter, 12d at the feast of St Botolph, and 12d at Michaelmas. To hold to Henry and his heirs forever. For this gift Henry de Lacy gave Henry North 28s in advance.
