First party: Lawrence le Carecter [carter] of Bolingbrok [Bolingbroke].
Second party: Henry de Lascy [Lacy], earl of Lincoln, constable of Chester.
Place or subject: The whole of that messuage with the croft adjacent, together with the whole land with appurtenances which Lawrence had in the vill and territory of Bolingbrok [Bolingbroke] from the gift of Margaret de Lascy, late countess of Lincoln. To hold to Henry and his heirs and assigns forever.
County: [Lincolnshire].
