First party: Margaret de Lascy [Lacy], countess of Lincoln and Pembroke.
Second party: Lawrence, her carter, and Emma, his wife, and their heirs in tail.
Place or subject: Three parts of one bovate of land with one toft in the vill of Bulingbroc [Bolingbroke] with all appurtenances pertaining to it within the vill of Bulingbroc [Bolingbroke] and outside, namely three parts of one bovate of land with a toft which Nicholas son of Ivo formerly held in the same vill. Paying 4s yearly, namely 12d at the feast of St Botolph, 12d at Michaelmas, 12d at Christmas and 12d at Easter for all secular services, customs and demands, doing foreign service as far as it pertains to such land.
