First party: Geoffrey, son of Eudo de Hundelby [Hundleby].
Second party: Margaret, countess of Lincoln.
Place or subject: All his right and claim in one toft and croft with appurtenances in the vill of Hundelby [Hundleby], in which Geoffrey claims right and inheritance by reason of Eudo, his late father, or by any other right, namely in that toft and croft which the countess had of the gift of John Terry and his feoffment in the same vill. For this quitclaim the countess gave Geoffrey one mark of silver.
