First party: Henry de Run of Bulingbroc [Bolingbroke].
Second party: Margaret, countess of Lincoln and Pembroke.
Place or subject: Three selions of arable land which lie beyond Colinedale in the territory of Bulinbroc [Bolingbroke], abutting upon the meadow of Robert North towards the south. If any man in the world or of the homage of Margaret, or of the homage of anyone else, incurs damage or harm by Henry's offence, these three selions are to remain to Margaret and her heirs or assigns from Henry and his heirs without any opposition and reclaim from him or his heirs forever. It will not be lawful for Henry or his heirs to sell, alienate or demise these three selions in any article of necessity to anyone for a term without the consent and assent of the countess.
