First party: Alan de Kales, son of Philip de Keles [Keal].
Second party: Henry Bech, son of Nicholas Bech [Bek].
Place or subject: A moiety of the land which Philip, his father, had in the territory of Hundelbi [Hundleby] called Mikelberhwang, without any impediment from Alan or his heirs. For his homage and service. To hold of Alan and his heirs to Henry and his heirs or assigns in fee and inheritance, well, in peace, freely and quietly, paying yearly to Alan and his heirs one half penny at the feast of St Botulph for all service and secular exaction.
