First party: Hugh the priest, son of Ralph de Totintun [Toynton].
Second party: William de Roum' [Roumare].
Place or subject: The toft and croft called Tunge, which Hugh held of William in the territory of Totintun [Toynton]. For this quitclaim William handed over the three shillings which Hugh had given him for having this land.
