Folios: 239-239v. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter A. Agreement.
First party: Malger de Rictona.
Second party: William de Roum' [Roumare].
Place or subject: If Malger does not have an heir by his wife, the mill of Raby [Raithby] which his lord, William de Roumare gave to him and his heirs and which Malger had from his wife, will return to William and his heirs after Malger's death, just as the charter witnesses that William gave to Malger.
County: [Lincolnshire].
Additional people: Witnesses: David de Totint' [Toynton]; Gregory de Beningworde [Benniworth]; Gilbert de Beningworde; Gollan de Autebarge [Alkborough]; Hugh de Kaux; and John son of Kenrard.
