Second party: William de Roum' [Roumare].
Place or subject: If Malger does not have an heir by his wife, the mill of Raby [Raithby] which his lord, William de Roumare gave to him and his heirs and which Malger had from his wife, will return to William and his heirs after Malger's death, just as the charter witnesses that William gave to Malger.
