First party: Robert, son of Hugh the carpenter of Spilesbi [Spilsby].
Second party: John, son of Richard de Thorp.
Place or subject: Six selions of arable land in the territory of Spilesby [Spilsby] with all appurtenances, namely three selions which lie together in Docheland between the land of Gerard de Thorp and the land of Robert Vitalis, and three selions which lie together in Innam between the land of Robert Vitalis and the land of Richard at the churchyard of Spilsby. For his homage and service. To hold of Robert and his heirs in fee and inheritance freely, quietly and honourably from all services and exactions, paying him and his heirs one half penny a year only at Christmas.
