First party: Geoffrey, son of Stephen, servant (minister humilis) of the Knights Templar in England.
Second party: William de Roumar' [Roumare].
Place or subject: Brademeram with appurtenances and the whole marsh pertaining to Bolinbroc [Bolingbroke] and to the soke of Bulinbroc, which Earl William, grandfather of this William de Roumare, and his men gave Geoffrey, whom Geoffrey deraigned against William in the court of Henry II by charters of Earl William and his men, saving common of Geoffrey's men in that marsh of the soke of Bolingbroke, which they had there in the year when this charter was made. With the advice and assent of Geoffrey's whole chapter.
