Folio: 237. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter A. Quitclaim.
First party: Robert de Chalceis.
Second party: William de Roum' [Roumare].
Place or subject: The whole of Robert's lands in England from his fee in Altebarge [Alkborough] and Totintona [Toynton], in exchange for William's whole lordship in Duno, excepting the services of his knights who hold of him in the same vill, and in exchange for the whole land which he had in the chapel, excepting the service of Walter de Canteleu and Richard de Duno, to hold of him and his heirs in fee and inheritance by the service of one knight. Robert and his heirs are to pay £20 annually to William and his heirs in fee farm for that tenement at two terms, namely £10 at Easter and £10 at the feast of St Remigius.
