First party: David de Totintune [Toynton].
Second party: The brothers of the Knights Templar of Solomon of Jerusalem.
Place or subject: The whole of David's part of the hard marsh (duro marisco) of Totintune [Toynton] and from Smalena one mile within the deep marsh to Toynton. The grant is made in perpetual alms free and quit from all secular services for the soul of William de Rumare [Roumare], David's lord, and for the souls of David's father and mother, his own soul and the souls of his predecessors, and they are to hold this alms and possess them forever freely.
