Second party: The sheriff and his ministers of Lincolnshire.
Place or subject: The king orders that William de Romara [Roumare] is to have his warren of Bolinbrok [Bolingbroke] just as his ancestors had that at the time of King Henry, the king's grandfather [Henry I]. The king prohibits that anyone hunts in that warren or catches a hare without William's licence, upon forfeiture of £10.
