First party: William de Roum' [Roumare].
Second party: Reginald de Novo Mercato.
Place or subject: One bovate of land in Kirchebi [East Kirkby] with appurtenances, which Robert Blund held, and one bovate of land in Andrebi [Mavis Enderby], which Roger son of Achil, held, with the appurtenances that pertain to those two bovates of land. For his homage and service. To hold of William and his heirs in fee and inheritance, if he has an heir from his wife, paying yearly to William for that land one sore hawk for all service, and if he does not have an heir from his wife, those two bovates are to return to William's own use after his death.
