Place or subject: The king has granted and confirmed the reasonable agreement made between William de Roumara [Roumare] and Burgeisa and Emma, sisters of Walter Buhere, and their heirs and those of Walter, namely that they claimed Camei quit from William for £10 worth of land which he gives to them for exchanges in his soke of Bulinbroch [Bolingbroke]. To hold of him and his heirs by the service of one knight. John de Waltona granted this same agreement, saving his custody of the heirs of Walter Buhere.
