Second party: The brothers of the Knights Templar of Solomon, Jerusalem.
Place or subject: The whole of Robert's part of the hard marsh (duro maresco) which pertains to Totingtunam [Toynton], namely from the water called Smalena as far as the deep marsh, and one mile within the deep marsh at Toynton. The grant is made free and quit from all secular services, for the soul of William de Roumare, Robert's lord, and for the souls of Robert's father and mother and of all his kinsfolk and predecessors, and also for his own soul and the salvation of his body.
