Second party: John Charnels, clerk, Robert de la Mare, knight, and John Neumarche.
Place or subject: All Richard and Walter's right and claim in the castle, manor and honor of Bolingbrok [Bolingbroke] and the manor of Sutton in Holand [Holland], and all the other manors, lands, tenements, fees, advowsons and reversions, offices, bailiwicks, franchises, profits and commodities with appurtenances which they have by the gift and grant of Henry, late duke of Lancaster [Henry of Grosmont], jointly with John, Robert and John.
County: Lincolnshire.
