Second party: The provost and convent of the hospital of Montis Jovis [Mont Joux].

Place or subject: Whereas Peter de Sabaudia [Savoy], the king's uncle, in his will before his death, bequeathed and granted the houses which were of the same Peter, in the parish of the Holy Innocents of Album Monasterium [White Church] outside the city of London, to the provost and convent of the hospital of Montis Jovis [Mont Joux], to have in pure and perpetual alms with appurtenances, the king, accepting this grant, as far as in his power, grants and confirms it for the king and his heirs, as far as it pertains to him.
