Second party: William the chaplain called Brian de Eton Meysi [Castle Eaton].
Place or subject: One and a half acre with appurtenances lying in Costonwe in the field of Lufteshull next to the land of John de Lufteshull, and common pasture of this vill. To hold of the chief lords of the fee, doing the services due and accustomed. For this grant William gave Richard two marks sterling.
