Second party: William Briegwerre [Brewer].
Place or subject: The gift and grant which Henry de Nunant, Roger's brother, made to him, namely for the release of the service of half a knight from the land of Coleton [Colaton Raleigh], and for the gift of the service and homage of Alan, son of Guy de Bocland [Buckland], namely from the land of Bocland [Buckland], la Ho and Cumton. Doing the service to Henry and his heirs of one knight's fee for all services. For this grant William gave Roger one palfrey.
