First party: Hugh de Punchardon, with the assent and will of Margaret, his wife.
Second party: William Briwarr' [Brewer].
Place or subject: The whole of the land which Hugh had in Milefort, with all appurtenances, for his homage. To hold to William and his heirs of Hugh and his heirs in right of inheritance for the service of a third part of one knight's fee. For this grant William gave Hugh forty marks of silver and to Margaret, his wife, ten marks to make her two sisters nuns at Poleslea [Polsloe].
