First party: John de Chilmerford, with the assent and good will of Albreda, his wife.
Second party: Hawise de London, formerly wife of Patrick de Cadurcis [Chaworth], and Payn, her son and heir.
Place or subject: All John's right and claim which he had or could have by reason of Albreda, his wife, in the manor of Standene [Standen] and Ochulle [Oakhill], which was once of Hugh de St Martin, father of Albreda.
County: Wiltshire.
