First party: Richard de Clifford.
Second party: Peter de St Martin.
Place or subject: All the lands and tenements with appurtenances, which he had of the gift of Peter by his charter which he made to Richard, in Stantidene [Standen], Linlinxton and Ochulle [Oakhill]. To hold to Peter and his heirs or assigns of the chief lords of those fees freely and quietly without any reclaim or claim from Richard or his heirs forever.
