First party: Peter de St Martin.
Second party: Patrick de Chaworces [Chaworth].
Place or subject: The whole of Peter's lands of Standene [Standen] with appurtenances, with the advowson of the chapel, renouncing whatever right he had or could have in demesnes, fees, homages, reliefs, services, escheats, woods, plains, meadows, pastures and in all places without any reservation. Also the whole of Peter's land of Athulle [Oakhill] with appurtenances which he held of William de St Martin. To hold of Peter and his heirs to Patrick and his heirs or assigns freely, quietly, peacefully and entirely with all liberties and free customs pertaining to those lands. Paying yearly to Peter and his heirs one pair of white gloves of the price of 2d, or 2d at Easter for all secular service, exaction and demand, saving the king's service.
