Place or subject: The whole manor of Burbach [Burbage] with appurtenances without any reservation. For his service. To hold of Thomas and his heirs to Payn and his heirs as freely and fully as Thomas or his ancestors held the manor, paying yearly to Thomas and his heirs one pair of white gloves at Easter for all exaction and demand, and doing to the chief lords of the fee the services due and accustomed.
