First party: Ruald de Colleye.
Second party: Simon de Montfort.
Place or subject: One yardland with villeins and all appurtenances in the vill of Everlea [Everleigh], namely that which Maud, his mother, gave to him in his lawful ownership. To hold of Ruald and his heirs freely, quietly, peacefully and in inheritance, paying yearly to Ruald and his heirs one half penny at Michaelmas at Everley [Everleigh] for all services, complaints and demands. For this grant Simon gave Ruald ten marks of silver.
