First party: Humphrey Crok [Croch].
Second party: William Briwer' [Brewer].
Place or subject: Humphrey is bound to apply all advice and aid which he can to acquire the land of Draycote [Draycot Foliat] to the use of William Brewer, to whom and his heirs Humphrey has given that land by his charter. Humphrey ought to make efforts by his body to acquire that land whenever it will be necessary towards William's expenses.
