Folio: 183v. Wiltshire. Grant.
First party: Walter Croch.
Second party: Humphrey Croch, his brother.
Place or subject: The whole of Walter's land of Dreycoch [Draycot Foliat] and Hasselbiry [Hazelbury] with appurtenances. In such a way that the land is to remain to Humphrey and his heirs after Walter's death, just as to Walter's heirs, and that Walter is to have from now on no power to sell, give or lessen or in any way to alienate or enlarge the land of Dreycoch [Draycot Foliat] and Assebiry [Hazelbury] or any part pertaining to those lands. If Walter does anything concerning these lands in contravention of this grant against William Briwerr [Brewer] or anyone else, Walter wishes that it will not be firm or stable, but is to be void and of no use.
