First party: William Briwerre [Brewer] by Richard de Wileford, his attorney.
Second party: Lettice del Saucey.
Place or subject: One hide of land with appurtenances in Slepe. Whereupon acknowledgement of a great assize was summoned between them in court, namely that William acknowledged the whole of that land to be the right of Lettice, to hold to her and her heirs of William and his heirs forever, paying 3d annually at Michaelmas for all service, saving foreign service. For this concord Lettice quitclaimed to William and his heirs forever all her right and claim in forty-four acres of land, which she claimed against William in la Hethe in the manor of Clinton.
