First party: Henry, earl of Lancaster and Leicester, steward of England.
Second party: Henry de Lancaster, earl of Derby, his son [Henry of Grosmont], and Isabel, his wife.
Place or subject: The manors of Hanindon [Hannington], Inglesham, Langestoke [Longstock], Herteley [Hartley Mauditt] and Weston [Weston Patrick] with appurtenances, and £19 16s 10¾d issuing from the manor of Somborn [King's Somborne], to be received from the earl of Lancaster and his heirs and tenants from that manor at the usual terms there. To hold those manors and rent with knights' fees and advowsons of churches to Henry and Isabel and their heirs in tail forever, doing the services due and accustomed to the chief lords of the fee. If Henry and Isabel die without heirs in tail, then after their death thosed manors and rent are to revert to the earl of Lancaster and his heirs.
