Second party: Robert Alayn of Weston [Weston Patrick].
Place or subject: Robert released and quitclaimed to Patrick and his heirs the whole common for his beasts which he had or could have in the woods called la Hardon and Hasmaresgrave in Weston Patrick forever. Patrick granted to Robert and his heirs that he might enclose his grove in Weston Patrick called Wodegarston. Neither Patrick nor any of his men are to have any entry in the name of common pasture.
