Second party: William Briewerrie [Brewer].
Place or subject: The fine and agreement which is between William and Pancefot about the fee of Adam de Sumburna [Somborne]. Humphrey warns that the agreement is to be held to Adam and his heirs. Humphrey Pancefot and his son granted the agreement before the same Humphrey.
County: [Hampshire].
Additional people: Witnesses: Roger de Cesarburgo; Roger de Rocell; William son of Geoffrey, and the son of Humphrey Pancefot.
