Second party: Patrick de Chauworciis [Chaworth].
Place or subject: Whereas the wood of Dunewde [Dunwood] is common for William de Rivirs and Patrick de Chauworciis, it is agreed between them that the east part through the middle of the river, which descends from Filecumbe in Wlford, will remain entirely to Patrick and his heirs forever, but that the other west part through the middle of the river will remain entirely to William and his heirs forever. Saving to both of them and their heirs the common of pannage, just as it is has been accustomed to be before this division.
