First party: Payn de Cadurciis [Chaworth].
Second party: Philip Abwyrnnok.
Place or subject: It is agreed that Payn granted and demised the wardship of William, son of Walter de Tregar, until his lawful age, for thirty-five marks of silver. In such a way that every year when Philip stands in the service of Payn, four marks are to be subtracted from this sum of money. When it happens that Philip is removed from the service of Payn, anything that is left of this sum is to be fully paid in the first year when Philip withdraws from Payn's service, to Payn or his heirs.
