First party: Hugh de Standene.
Second party: John le Leverer.
Place or subject: Hugh handed over and granted to John one half-yardland upon Pallingesforde, namely that which Thomas de Oppedune held. To hold of Hugh and his heirs to John and his heirs well and in peace until the end of a term of ten years following, paying annually to Hugh and his heirs 7s of silver at the four terms of the year. For this grant John gave Hugh half a mark of silver in advance.
