Place or subject: Agreement between Margery and the abbot and convent about the services and customs which Margery was exacting from the abbot and convent, namely from corn, cheese, hens and eggs, and from the service of ploughs, harvests and carriages of corn, which customs and services Margery claimed as appurtenant to her hundred of Sumburn [King's Somborne] from the free tenement of the abbot and convent in Lecford [Leckford] and Fugelercun [Fullerton], and concerning which there was a dispute between them, namely that Margery, for God and for the souls of William, her father, William, her brother and all her ancestors, quitclaimed for herself and her heirs to the abbot and convent and their successors the whole right and claim she had in those services and customs and all other services and customs pertaining to the hundred from the same vills forever, saving to Margery and her heirs the suit which the men of the abbot and convent made for those vills previously at the hundred-court, just as they are accustomed and ought to do that, with all those things which pertain to that suit.
