Folio: 174. Hampshire. Final concord.
First party: Bricell Suas.
Second party: Nicholas de Meriet.
Place or subject: One knight's fee with appurtenances in Coleton. Whereupon a plea of warranty of charter was summoned between them in that court, namely that Nicholas acknowledged and granted to Bricell and his heirs the whole said fee with appurtenances, to hold of him and his heirs forever by the service of one knight for all service. For this concord Bricell gave to Nicholas twenty marks of silver, and Nicholas took the homage of Bricell in that court.
