Description

Folio: 173v. Hampshire. Quitclaim.

First party: John, son of Adam de Overton.

Second party: Edmund, his chief lord.

Place or subject: All of his tenement with appurtenances which he had in the vill of Overton, which tenement he held freely of Edmund, his lord. For this quitclaim Edmund gave John twenty-one marks of silver in advance.

County: [Hampshire].

Additional people: Witnesses: Henry de Lee; William de Heton; Bennet Gernet; John le Gentil; Thomas Travers; John de Parlis; and John de Oxcleve.
