First party: William Fowel, burgess of Stokebir' [Stockbridge].
Second party: Hawise de London and the heirs of P de Chaurc' [Chaworth].
Place or subject: The whole damage and harm which William had or could have in the vill of Stokebir' [Stockbridge] by reason of the overflowing of the water of the mill-pond, which P. raised there. For this quitclaim Hawise gave William four marks of silver in advance.
