First party: Roger, proctor of the hospital of St John of Brugewalteri [Bridgwater], and the fellow brothers of the same place.
Second party: William Brigwerre [Brewer], their advocate.
Place or subject: 23½ acres of land and three measures of land which Roger and the brethren had on the west side of Perecte, namely Lytlemers and Presteshangraston, and six acres in Northlangham, for 23½ acres and three measures of land whiche William gave to them in exchange from his demesne on the east side of Perecte, namely in Smalecrofte by the land which John Pynel held. To hold to William and his heirs forever as freely and quietly as he held his land previously, which he gave to them in exchange, without any reclaim.
