Second party: William Briewerre [Brewer] and Thomas, his son.
Place or subject: The land of Sumburnia [King's Somborne], just as Humphrey Pancefot gave it to them, and Adam, who holds from Humphrey, granted it to them, excepting half a hide which he retained to himself; and also the land of Emuelega and the land of Cunelesfelda, and for this gift there passed the man of Humphrey, son of this Humphrey. Saving the service of Humphrey as far as it pertains to such a tenure.
