Folios: 169-169v. Hampshire. Quitclaim.

First party: Reginald de Mohon [Mohun].

Second party: [unspecified].

Place or subject: The homage which he made to W. Briwer' [Brewer], his grandfather, and to W. Briwerr', his son In such a way that neither Reginald nor anyone else for him can claim any right in Melunton, although he has done homage to his grandfather W. Brewer and to W. Brewer, his son, nothwithstanding the charter of gift he had from his grandfather and the charter of confirmation he had from W. Brewer, his son. W. Brewer also gave Reginald his whole land of Wynterburn with all appurtenances for the homage which he did to him for Melunton.
