Place or subject: The whole land of Ingoldeby [Ingoldsby] with all appurtenances, which the said William has of the gift of Osbert, son of Nigel de Ingoldeby [Ingoldsby], which the same Osbert also held of the honor of Clinton in the vill of Ingoldeby [Ingoldsby], and is of the fee of the same William Brigwerr. To hold to the same William and his heirs well and in peace, freely, quietly, entirely and fully with all liberties and free customs, paying to the brothers of the Knights Templars 3s a year for all service.
