Second party: Richard Lillyng [Lilling] and Elizabeth, his wife.
Place or subject: Godfrey and William have granted and leased by the king's licence to Richard and Elizabeth common of pasture for all their own beasts in the vill of Chepinglamborne [Chipping Lambourn], to common in their pastures and woods for the term of their lives in the manner and form as Richard and Elizabeth were accustomed to use those pastures and woods. In addition, they have granted to them reasonable estovers, namely housebote, haybote and firebote for their lives in the wood of Godfrey and William in Chepynglamborne [Chipping Lambourn], sufficiently and reasonably for the freeholders of Richard and Elizabeth in that vill.
