Second party: Thomas de Sibethorp [Sibthorpe], clerk.
Place or subject: Licence for Thomas to give and grant two messuages and 26s of rent with appurtenances in Wollavynton [Woolhampton] and Miggeham [Midgham] of the fee of the same earl to the prior and brothers of the hospital of St John of Jerusalem in England. To hold to the prior and brethren and their successors forever. And for the prior and brethren to receive those tenements with appurtenances of the gift of the same Thomas. To hold to them and their successors forever, the statute of mortmain notwithstanding. Saving always to the earl and his heirs the services previously due and relief for a quantity of the tenement, with the prior of the hospital ceasing or deceasing in the future.
