Second party: Ralph de Wykenholte [Wiggonholt] and Agnes, his wife.
Place or subject: The pasture for eight oxen and 120 sheep in the pastures of Somerdoune and Wynterdoune [Winterdown], which is in the precinct of Henry's manor of Estgarston [East Garston] in the north of la Rowecrundle, just as the boundaries lie in the fields of la Wyke and Maynhulle, to pasture and common those beasts in each season of the year, etc. To hold of Henry and his heirs to Ralph and Agnes and Ralph's heirs freely, quietly, well and in peace and in inheritance forever.
