First party: Henry, earl of Lancaster and Leicester, steward of England.
Second party: Henry de Lancaster, earl of Derby, his son [Henry of Grosmont].
Place or subject: One cottage which John Aylwyne held of the earl in the vill of Estgarston [East Garston], with the advowson of the church. To hold to Henry the son and his heirs forever.
County: Berkshire.
Additional people: Witnesses: Hugh de Hasting'; Hugh de Meyniel [Mesnil]; Robert de Hungerford; John de Seton; and Robert de la Mare, knights.
Dated at the castle of Tuttebur [Tutbury].
